(01) — Why Colin

International experience, applied to how you move.

Colin Trigellis-Smith trained in Australia, earning his Master of Clinical Science in Osteopathic Practitioner from Victoria University in Melbourne — and brings more than a decade of sports-rehabilitation experience to his Vancouver practice.

From 2015 to 2019 he worked full-time on the Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour, supporting some of the world’s top female golfers. In that elite environment he delivered expert manual therapy and individualised strength programs built to manage injury, restore mobility, and sharpen performance.

Today he applies that same high-performance standard to clients across Vancouver — from competitive athletes to active people working through back pain, golf injuries, shoulder issues, and movement limitations. A former competitive baseball and Australian Rules football player, Colin understands first-hand how injury affects performance and confidence.

The goal isn't only to relieve pain — it's to help you move better, train smarter, and build resilience that lasts.

(06) — Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a referral to book?

No. Osteopathy is direct-access — you can book a session or a free intro call yourself, with no doctor’s referral required.

What happens in a first session?

A detailed history, a movement and strength assessment — including digital dynamometer testing where useful — hands-on treatment, and a clear starting plan you can act on right away.

Does online rehab actually work?

Yes. Virtual sessions focus on assessment, education and precise exercise prescription, with your technique guided live so you progress safely from home.

I'm not an athlete — can you still help?

Absolutely. Much of the work is with active people managing back pain, shoulder issues and everyday movement limitations — not only competitive athletes.
